Warranty on devices
Devices that are within warranty period of the manufacturer and/or the European laws will be repaired or replaced for free.
Exchange of goods
Exchanging products is possible within 8 days of receiving the order. Before doing so, you need to request a RMA number from Meershop.nl. Goods needs to be returned in undamaged state and original packaging with the RMA number provided by us on the packaging. For the returned goods you can get store credit or we can transfer the money back to you minus delivery costs.
